Hey gang! Just wanted to hop on and let you all know what I'm thinking re: kicking off the game. I know we have some folks that are pretty settled with their concepts and some folks that aren't, so please feel free to hit me with feedback on this. I don't want to rush anyone but I don't want to lose momentum either. ♥ ANYWHO...

• All game information is now available. You'll notice that some of the standards (rules, application, etc.) are missing from the Navigation post and that's just because I'm planning to keep everything casual for a GPSL. I trust everyone here and I'm not worried about it. That said, if there are things you'd like me to pin down more concretely, just let me know. I'm happy to do that.


• I'd like to post a Voice Test to the OOC community on Monday (1/6) so people can have some space to play around and maybe jump into some writing prompts. This would be one of those 'nothing here is canon unless everyone involved decides that it is' situations. I'm still deciding how that will be set up, so if there's anything you find especially helpful or fun, lmk and I'll toss it in.
  
  Additionally, since there's so much historical content for this game, feel free to start poking away at any backdated logs you might be interested in! I know some folks are already and I love that. I'd only ask that nothing gets posted until we officially kick off!


• I'd like to have the game start on 1/13 (or 1/20 if that's too soon). I'm still debating on how to kick us off. Right now, I'm thinking we can either take it slow with a sort of reunion post (the group just getting back together socially for the first time after shit got weird) or I can run a little trip to Las Vegas plot since that's been bouncing around? Just a few mutants blowing off steam in Sin City! What could go wrong?

I'm good with all the timings you've said~ I'm torn between Vegas shenanigans to start (because that obvs presents a lot of opportunities for stuff) or just going with an easier thing so we can settle in prior to going on a dumb Vegas adventure, but I'm game for either.

I'm excited to bother Manny :)

This all sounds good to me! Maybe we could start with them getting back together before the Vegas trip? Have some moments for the team's baseline before they all go cause chaos lol

I'm SO excited aaaaaah!! I love a voice testing; I cannot Wait. I do like the idea of a brief quiet reunion before segueing into a more active cityscape? And then we'll know who makes them late for flights, generally.

i think this timeline sounds good :< in total honesty the slow start sounds good to me. the first trimester is really kicking my ass but i've heard that it gets better once u enter the second and that will coincide w later this month!! <3
