NEW CHARACTER PLANNING: Laura

haven't had time to finish an app so here's the main points:

• 26 years old. female clone of Weapon X, a mysterious mutant with a powerful healing factor and foot-long claws laced with unbreakable adamantium. spent the first 16 years of her life in a top secret government lab, trained to be a perfect killing machine. she got out.
• the next several years of her life were spent on the run. she tried being a normal high school student, a teenage runaway, a mercenary, an assassin, an animal living in the woods, and a vigilante. sometimes, her government handlers came after her. often, people died.
• first time she heard of the x-men, it was charles xavier in her head asking her to come to westchester. she said no. crossed paths with the x-men several times after that, saying no each time, before finally giving in with the formation of gold team. (very down for ideas of encounters and hopefully i have the brainpower later to think of some.)
• lone wolf personality but grudgingly growing fond of being on a team. stubborn, doesn't follow orders well. poorly socialized, lacks normal human experiences. tries to be level-headed but mostly only knows how to solve problems with violence. protective of those who are weaker than her. sometimes triggered into an uncontrollable mindless rage that makes her want to kill everyone. sorry. she's trying to fix it. just put her down if that happens.
