Emma is in the Thieves Guild and is primarily focused on gathering information for larger scale heists and cleaning up the messes of any baby thieves who do a bad job covering their tracks (but she can, obviously, steal shit well too). Her family has close ties to the Assassins Guild, but constantly butting heads with her father lead her to leave home and take up with the thieves instead once her powers manifested.
Paige is in the Assassins Guild, part of the very extensive Guthrie brood made up of a lot of her siblings - they often operate as a unit to carry out more complex jobs. She's been independently contracted to kill Jono, but has yet to figure out exactly how she's supposed to do that... it's unclear if someone overestimates her skills or hates her.

OK There are new Things Afoot, those New Things being:
Emma is going to be a dude (I'm gender swapping all the Frost siblings!!), maybe named Émile, but regardless goes by Em. All the previous stuff about fucking off from the Assassins Guild and joining up with the thieves stands 😌
Piotr is an Assassins Guild boy who commits murders with his sister, and it's all fine. Still kind of soft, but dedicated to the cause and good at property damage. Does, in fact, still paint. Will be troubled by the fact that he's just a weapon so often :(
ALSO while Paige is dead, I would like to note that I was going to have her husk-change her eye into a scope for sharp shooting, which I think is cool as shit, so I want to say it.
