I had been kinda avoiding giving Kitty anything close to dimension hopping powers even though I keep reading it’s probably technically possible so now my brain is goin like. What if she in just this one case because her friend was missing was able to step between the atoms of dimensions and help the team get him 😔
Anyway I feel like if that happened it exhausted her for like days and hasn’t been replicated since but the more important part was she was obviously extremely worried through all of this but for once, toed the line and was a good team member who followed orders for Scoot’s sake. She did not respect Kurt’s door for a little while in the name of being supportive

I love this :( Kurt honestly was quite clingy with the team when he got back. Quiet is nice, but being alone is not. So Kitty can bother him, and he will feel.... bad??? Kitty risked a lot to find him. If she wants to sit with him and ramble he likes the noise.

also feel like at this time they were running with a bunch of new, less experienced X-Men so they were like 20/21 and fully the responsible adults lmao
